Imagine a brand that crashes culinary borders like an unexpected guest who becomes the life of the party. At Mestizo, we didn't just design a brand—we engineered a cultural explosion where Mexican, Peruvian, and pan-Latin American flavors do a high-stakes dance. Fiery reds, electric oranges, and vibrant greens dance across our design, inspired by the peppers, chillies, and tomatoes that define Latin American cooking.
Three Faces, One Spirit
Our visual identity is a three-faced, sombrero-wearing rebel, merging profiles that whisper, shout, and spark conversations that can't be contained. It embodies a bold spirit with multiple voices, celebrating expression in all its forms while reflecting a distinctly Modern Latin attitude.
We crafted a design system that's part manifesto, part love letter. A commanding Modern Latin display typeface brings confidence and presence, while a contrasting typewriter font feels intimate and personal, like a secret shared between the most interesting friends you've never met.
A Cultural Conversation with no filter
This is where design meets rebellion, where every collateral tells a story. Matchboxes dare you to "!Fuego!", tissues promise "stolen glances and untamed heat", takeaway bags boast spicy seconds, and coasters toast with "Salud Muchacho". Symmetry becomes our canvas-intricate frieze border frame each element, creating a visual rhythm as precise and passionate as the cuisine itself.
We've created more than a restuarant, we've built a cultural playground where design elements are an invitiation to break rules, blend traditions, and feast like there's no tomorrow. Mestizo isn't simply entering the scene, it's rewritting the entire script, with typography thaty refuses to use it's indoor voice and a brand identity as spicy and unpredictable as the flavours on the plate. Buckle up, this goes beyond dinner, it's a cultural revolution served with a side of attitude.
